Kailyn Lowry's mystery man addresses rumours: 'Picture of us in bed did not mean anything'

Pregnant Kailyn Lowry recently shared a picture of her in bed with a new guy, DJ Cephas, on Snapchat, which was later deleted – leading to rumours that she may have a new man in her life.

The DJ has since opened up about their rumoured romance and revealed they are just friends. Cephas told The Dirty: "Kail and I are just friends. We are not dating. I have a lot of respect for her. I think she admires the fact that I find positivity in any circumstance."

The Teen Mom 2 star – who recently revealed that Chris Lopez was the babydaddy of her third child – was seen in bed with Cephas, who was reportedly shirtless as Lowry is seen giving a middle finger to the camera. When asked about the Snapchat photo, he said, "The picture of us in bed did not mean anything. Everyone was under the impression that we were being intimate and that wasn't the case."

He added, "As far as people trying to control how she lives her life really baffles me. Who are they to say what someone else should be doing with their life? Everyone is human."

The 25-year-old, who is due to deliver her third child in July, revealed, "We are just friends. He's a good person with good energy, which is what I want to be around. People obviously want to make it more because they love gossip and entertainment."

Following the Snapchat drama, the pair were spotted leaving the dry cleaners in Los Angeles. A report in E! Online said, the pair were spotted running errands and attending events together. A source said, "She insisted he was just a friend but then they did a Snapchat of them in bed together. She was upset by the negative response to the Snap. [Her ex] Marroquin was especially angry about it and let her know."
