Kanye West feels Kim Kardashian fake pregnancy reports are 'slap to the face'

American rapper Kanye West is reportedly upset over rumours that his wife, American reality television star Kim Kardashian, is faking her pregnancy.

During the mid-season finale of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, the 34-year-old Kardashian revealed that she and the Gold Digger hitmaker were expecting their second baby together.

Kardashian, who has daughter North West with Kanye, had taken extreme steps to get pregnant. She even reportedly convinced her 38-year-old rapper husband not to wear leather pants, which increases the chances of "killing and damaging sperms".

"Kanye hates that people are buzzing about Kim faking her pregnancy. He's an extremely proud father and loves that he's having another baby with Kim. Especially after all the trouble they had to get pregnant. He considers these rumors to be a serious slap to the face. He loves publicity, but this is too close to his heart for him to overlook," a source told Hollywood Life.

"He is really pushing her to do a big extravagant nude photo shoot. He thinks Kim is the world's sexiest woman even when she's pregnant. He wants to silence all the fake pregnancy talk while also showing off how smoking hot his wife is," the insider added.

"Kanye loves to show Kim off and make other men drool and thinks this is a great way to do it. He wants to really go all out with it, nothing like Demi Moore's simple shoot. He wants to do it in a really stunning location like at the Grand Canyon with dramatic lighting," the source continued.

On Father's Day, Kardashian revealed she and Kanye are expecting a son, on her social media accounts.
