Kanye West 'Tells Us How to Dress Like a God' in GQ Interview
Kanye West will reportedly teach his fans "how to dress like a God," in an interview for GQ magazine.
The rapper features on the cover of the August edition of the men's magazine.
The Yeezus singer is photographed wearing a deep v-neck t-shirt and his trademark beige coat, with his hands in his leather trousers.
The cover states: "Kanye West tells us how to grow up, survive a wedding, stay outrageous, and dress like a God."
The GQ website described West as a "style god of epic proportions."
In the interview the singer reveals that his goal in life is to be "respected as a man."
"My goal is just to be respected as a man when I walk down the street with my family. I don't care what your job is, you're not gonna talk down to me, you're not gonna try to get a rise out of me. I'm a man first. And in establishing that, some interesting things have happened."
The singer, who is famed for storming the stage when Taylor Swift was accepting an award and was involved in a recent battery case stemming from an incident with videographer Daniel Ramos, said that, contrary to popular opinion, he is not a temperamental man.
"I'm a blowfish. I'm not a shark... People have me pinned as a shark or a predator in some way, and in no way am I that. I wouldn't want to hurt anyone."
According to TMZ, the Bound 2 singer's community service supervisor has recognised his progress and cited him for 'an excellent display of work'.
West is also said to be"performing excellently in his anger management courses" having completed nearly of half of his 24 sessions completed.
The cover story won the admiration of his wife Kim Kardashian, who tweeted: "So sexy! My husband on the cover of GQ shot by Patrick Demarchelier!!!"
The rapper has been in Europe performing on his Yeezus tour while his wife Kim Kardashian has been busy filming her reality show in the US.
The couple have a daughter together named North, who turned one last month.
