Kate Middleton banned Prince William from school runs for 'flirting' with mothers: report
The Prince and Princess of Wales enrolled their children in Lambrook in September this year.
Kate Middleton is reportedly so furious and jealous over the extra attention Prince William has been getting from the mothers at their children's school, that she has banned him from doing school runs.
Life & Style in its Nov. 14 issue claimed that the Prince of Wales is quite the charmer at Lambrook. They have allegedly been arguing over his popularity with the other mums who "fawn over William whenever he sets foot on campus."
A source told the magazine, "They call him Prince Charming behind his back and fight with each other to grab his attention."
Prince William would reportedly try to avoid causing any more squabbles with Kate Middleton, so he avoids eye contact with the other mothers. But the majority of the time he can become "really chatty."
The insider claimed that the Prince of Wales "can be a flirt" and that his wife "went ballistic on him about it before the October break," so much so that "she banned him from going to the school." She has allegedly witnessed a few interactions herself including coming from a divorced woman who always compliments her husband.
There is reportedly also a blonde mum who constantly bats her eyelashes at Prince William. But the source claimed one went too far when she "gently stroked William's arm right in front of Kate at a Lambrook function."
Kate Middleton got "annoyed" and "a little jealous" she "quickly grabbed William's hand and they left soon afterward." The insider claimed that after that incident, "Kate did all the school runs."
However, Prince William has allegedly promised his wife that she "has nothing to worry about. He's innocent." In exchange, she has agreed to "gradually" let him return to Lambrook because she can see how much his company means to their children, Princes George and Louis, and Princess Charlotte, who "adore" having him around during school runs. But she is still "keeping her eyes peeled for any fellow parents trying to get a bit too close to her husband."
Prince William and Kate Middleton enrolled their children in Lambrook in September when they moved to Adelaide from Kensington Palace. It is unclear if the Princess of Wales is indeed the jealous type. When it comes to social gatherings, it is only normal for either of them to be chatty or friendly with other people and it remains to be seen if these claims hold true.
