Dressed in a black strapless gown by couture designer Alexander McQueen, Kate looked stunning as she walked the red-carpet with Prince William and Harry on either side.
The duchess paired the black velvet gown with a diamond-and-ruby collar-style necklace that was reportedly given to her as a wedding present by a mystery admirer. Wearing her hair loose, Kate looked very elegant and dazzling. She completed her look with a matching suede clutch and black Jimmy Choo heels.
Held at the Imperial War Museum in London, the Military Awards were established by Prince Charles to honour 11 members of the United Kingdom's armed forces for their heroism during wartime. At the event, Prince Harry reportedly made an emotional speech paying tribute to his military colleagues.
