Katie Price fans furious over 9-year-old daughter's Instagram pout

Reality star Katie Price's parental skills were questioned by fans recently after she posted a photo of nine-year-old Princess in which she appears as if she's being encouraged to pout.

Fans slammed the 38-year-old glamour model over the photo that she shared on Instagram with her 1.5 million followers. In the picture, the mother and daughter can be seen looking straight into the camera lens and pouting just like her mum.

"Is it just me or is this photo of Princess disturbing.why would you paint her like a porn doll & put it out for the world to see [sic]," one of her fans wrote on Price's Instagram post, which has since been removed.

However, Price has defended herself against her critics as she told The Sun, "She's a professional little model, she's learnt from the best, what can I say?" "And the thing is I can't say to her, 'Oh don't be sexy or don't pose like that,' as she doesn't know what that is."

Price also revealed her daughter's new book release later this year and told critics to "watch this space".

"Princess has a book coming out this year so let's see what they have to say about that!" she said. "You'll have to wait and see what it's about, but if they're going to moan that'll give them something to moan about – but in a good way."

This is not the first time Price has been criticised over her parental skills. She was accused of not being a responsible mother after she shared a photo of herself and her daughter pouting while on a holiday in the Maldives.

"The thing is Princess has seen me and [her dad] Pete [Peter Andre] do pictures since she was born. The people who were saying she looked too sexy, they are looking at her thinking she looks sexy..." she had said.

"They should take a look at themselves and wonder why they are saying she looks sexy. They don't have a go at [son] Junior – he likes to do these six-pack shots like what his dad does... She [Princess] just does it naturally... She just naturally does it."
