Katy Perry 'reached out' to Robert Pattinson over Selena Gomez and Orlando Bloom photos

Katy Perry has apparently "reached out" to close friend Robert Pattinson for support after her boyfriend Orlando Bloom and Selena Gomez were reportedly pictured getting cosy at an after-party to celebrate the successful start to the Feel Me hit-maker's Revival tour on 6 May. The two allegedly could not "keep their hands to themselves" at the Light nightclub in Mandalay Bay, Las Vegas.

"Katy reached out to Rob [Robert Pattinson] and he's been giving her a ton of support," a source close to the singer told HollywoodLife. "They spent quite a bit of time together at the Met Gala and Rob knew how much Orlando meant to Katy. He basically just let Katy know that he's there for her anytime she needs to talk."

"When Rob and Kristen split up, Katy was without a doubt Rob's rock," the source said. "They have always remained close friends regardless of distance or their busy schedules."

According to TMZ, the 23-year-old singer and The Lord Of The Rings star left the nightclub together. However, sources told the celebrity gossip site that "she's [Selena Gomez] adamant there were other people in the car with them ... and they all made a late night fast food run together. After that though, Selena's insisting she and Orlando went to separate corners (hotel rooms)."
