Kim Kardashian Pregnant with Kanye West's Baby and Suffering Kate Morning Sickness?

Just months after going public with their romance, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are reportedly expecting their first child.

According to Mediatakeout.com, the 32-year-old reality star is in the early stages of her pregnancy and is already suffering from hyperemesis gravidarum, the same type of acute morning sickness that afflicted Kate Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge.

"A physician visited Kim Kardashian at her home to treat her for a bout of what's being described as "acute morning sickness," the site reports.

Kardashian has often voiced her desire to have children and has considered fertility treatment.

Rumours of her pregnancy came just days after Kardashian's former lover, Ray J, was said to have got engaged.

The 31-year-old R'n'B singer, who appeared with the reality star in her infamous 2007 sex tape, is believed to preparing to tie the knot with his girlfriend, model Mia Milano.

The Kardashian baby claims could reinforce reports that Kardashain and the Watch the Throne rapper are planning to get hitched in 2013 after her divorce from Kris Humphries is finalised.

Earlier in 2012, a source close to the pair revealed that their relationship was moving as fast as was believed and that they were already "talking marriage".

The insider told Us Weekly: "She wants to be with him as much as possible. They really know and love each other."
