Kim Kardashian and Kanye West Ready Plans for Secret Wedding
American reality television star Kim Kardashian is reportedly ready to marry boyfriend Kanye West.
If the 32-year-old socialite goes through with her plan, it will be her third wedding, following knots tied with Damon Thomas and Kris Humphries. It will be West's first marriage though. The couple have a daughter, North West, born earlier this summer.
"They've been discussing marriage for a while. A wedding is in the works. Kanye has never been married before and wants a big wedding. So Kim is getting used to the idea again. They'll most likely have destination wedding, "a source close to the Kardashians stated.
Meanwhile, celebrity photographers and enthusiasts continue to wait for the first photographs of North West Kardashian. The proud parents are believed to have turned down a $3m photo-op deal from an unidentified Australian magazine. The baby, already a celebrity, was introduced to her family during an Independence Day party on 4 July at the clan's Malibu beach house.
Overall though, Kanye West has been fiercely protective of his daughter's privacy. A source close to the new family said: "Kanye's been adamant about not having the baby on the show. He was serious when he said North isn't America's baby, so he may not do anything."
However, it is believed West is eyeing a Vogue cover for his daughter, with a source telling Radar Online, "It's no secret that Kanye is a huge fan of fashion,Vogue and especially Anna Wintour." The 36-year-old rapper reportedly also reached out to celebrity photographers Annie Leibovitz and Mario Testino to shoot the event.
"But it's also pretty well-known that Anna is NO fan of Kim or any reality star appearing in the pages of the magazine. Kanye is determined to make sure baby North isn't photographed by paparazzi then splashed across the world. He knows what he wants - a professional photographer and the cover of Vogue - nothing else. But clearly, trying to persuade Anna is going to be an uphill battle," the source added.
