Kobe Bryant left his strained marriage behind him and came up with a dynamic performance on Thursday night.

Bryant bagged 28 points over the Knicks at Staples Center, leading the Los Angeles Lakers into a 99-82 win, which marked their eight straight victory over New York.

Bryant's show provided a big lift for the Lakers. He had 28 points and six assists and made three passes that broke open the match in the fourth quarter.

On the other side, Carmelo Anthony bagged 27 points and seven rebounds. He led the charge for the Knicks and had five assists.
