Legia Warsaw sit bottom of Group F without a point and will be eliminated from the Champions League if they lose to Real Madrid at home. The Polish champions have conceded 13 goals in group stage — more than any other team.

Jacek Magiera has no injury concerns and has a full squad to choose from for the visit of Real.

Cristiano Ronaldo scored a hat-trick as Real Madrid beat Deportivo Alaves 4-1 in La Liga on 29 October. The Spanish giants will progress to the knockout stages if they beat Legia and Borussia Dortmund beat Sporting Lisbon in the other Group F game.

Sergio Ramos, Pepe, Luka Modric, Casemiro, Marcelo and James Rodriguez are all sidelined for the visitors.

Instead we showed them bits from Real's games against smaller Spanish teams — that was more useful for us. We tried to focus on one of their deadliest weapons: counterattacks.
