Liverpool Defender José Enrique Criticised by Fans for 'Hitler Moustache' Twitter Photo

Liverpool defender José Enrique has been criticised for posting a photo of himself sporting an anti-Semitic Hitler-style moustache.
The Spanish defender used Twitter to show off his newly trimmed facial hair alongside girlfriend Amy Jaine.
He tweeted: "Surprised my girlfriend with a new style of beard this morning, She didn't like it very much.. hahahahaha @AmyJaine"
But the 28-year-old soon faced a backlash for the photo, with some football fans claiming the snap was misjudged.
One fan said: "I hope you don't got any Jewish followers" while another simply said "oh my word".

@Delaness_9 I don't think @Jesanchez3 realises what he's done. Could get in a lotta trouble for that! @AmyJaine

Enrique has made just three appearances for the Reds this term as the Anfield club have endured a disappointing start to the season.
He joined the Merseyside club from Newcastle in 2011 and has made a total of 218 appearances in England since moving from Spanish side Villarreal in 2007.
