English Premier League 2011/12 Statistics: Queen Park Rangers v Liverpool Where to Watch, Match Preview and Statistics [POLL]
The last time these two sides met, in September, Liverpool just about managed a win, thanks to a second-half strike by Luis Suarez. On recent form, however, neither side will be particularly confident going into this tie... particularly QPR, who sit in the relegation zone.
The match will be available live at vslive.tv in the UK and FOXSoccer.tv in the US.
Despite winning the Carling Cup, Liverpool have not been in the best of form this season; they have lost key league games against Manchester United and Arsenal. However, the Reds have shown some signs of comeback recently, with two successive wins against Everton and Stoke City. Now, with only ten games remaining in the league, Dalglish will be hoping to get a positive result in every game.
QPR, on the other hand, are mired in relegation problems and have not managed to win any of their last seven league games. What makes it worse for the Hoops is the fact that top scorer Heiðar Helguson has been sidelined due to a groin injury. The Hoops, for whom fighting relegation is the season's biggest objective, have a hugely daunting fixture list ahead, with games against Arsenal, United, Spurs, Chelsea and City still to come.
