London Fashion Week 2015 lookbook: High-street autumn/winter trends from Topshop, Zara, H&M [Video]
Every high-end designer from Burberry to Julien Macdonald showcased their SS16 collections during London Fashion Week but looking good does not always have to come with an expensive price tag. IBTimes UK's A-List reporter Alicia Adejobi hunted down some of the best bargains to create a lookbook of stylish outfits from everyone's favourite high-street brands.
Despite promises of an Indian summer, autumn is well and truly upon us, so it is the perfect time to start wearing darker colours such as burgundy. Topshop has a great selection of winter hues including the vest top worn by our entertainment reporter in the lookbook. Floral patterns are typically associated with summer but, given the right style, they can also work very well in the colder months too.
Bershka has created a lovely black and floral jumpsuit, which works in both summer and autumn, and transforms easily from day to night thanks to the removable straps. Finding the right pair of jeans can often be a difficult feat but Zara's Trafaluc range gives Topshop's Joni's a run for its money. The skinny jeans featured in the lookbook are perfect for any shape and are some of the softest you will find on the high street.
No outfit is complete without a perfect pair of shoes to top it off. Chunky heels are ideal for the autumn/winter season with outfits tending to be clunkier in general due to the chilly temperatures. However, do not pack away your barely-there sandals just yet as they can still be worn on dressy occasions.
A-List will keep you posted on all the hottest trends as they come.
