There was a stellar crowd present at the Burberry Prorsum Womenswear Autumn/Winter 2013 Show in Hyde Park during London Fashion Week.
A-list celebrities including Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Anna Wintour, Freida Pinto, Kate Beckinsale, Rita Ora, Victoria Pendleton, Michelle Dockery, Jake Bugg and Olivia Palermo were present at the event.
Models Cara Delevingne, Jourdan Dunn and Karlie Kloss showcased Christopher Bailey's latest collection, entitled Trench Kisses - a combination of classics with a modern twist featuring hearts, graphic prints and polished metal. According to Elle UK, his designs were inspired by Christine Keeler, the 1960s call girl whose scandalous affair with Secretary of State for War, John Profumo, almost brought down the government.
"I like the idea of taking something that has gravitas, this 158 year old brand, but making it subversive and kinky," Bailey said.
Singer Tom Odell's performance gave an emotional edge to the show, which was accompanied by piano, cello and choir.
