Lou Reed Death: Celebrities Pour Out Grief on Twitter
Legendary American singer-songwriter Lou Reed, founder-member of the Velvet Underground, has passed away at 71.
Celebrities took to Twitter to express their sorrow. Comedian Richard Lewis wrote: "Lou Reed, my friend, a genius who transcended Rock. My condolences to his family. A poet ist, he performed like a hit-man on a mission. RIP."
