Shears previously said that she was willing to move across the country to be with Lever.
"We need to sort something out straight away because we don't want to spend any more time apart," she told The Daily Star. "I live in Devon and he lives in Manchester."
However, the couple will be spending some time apart. The Devon beauty is heartbroken that they will be separated for a few days.
Shears revealed the news on social media by sharing a photo of the pair rocking over-sized shades with the words, "Last time seeing this one for a few days," followed by two heartbroken emojis.

The couple first sparked rumours of a romance when they were contestants in the Love Island villa, where one of their love sessions was captured on camera.
The Devon beauty and co-star Mike Thalassitis were booted out of the ITV2 show on the same day. At the time, it was rumoured that Shears and Thalassitis had slept together, which was later quashed by Shears.
"I would never cheat on him [Lever]," the 25-year-old reality star previously told The Daily Star.
