In an interview with Reuters Television Thursday (April 24), Ukrainian Deputy Foreign Minister Danylo Lubkivsky thanked U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry for his "strong statement" about Ukraine, and called on Russia to "stop the madness" that will lead Russia to what he called "unpredictable consequences".
