Interestingly, Silverstein’s two children, would always attend meetings with important clients at Windows at the World Trade Center. They too were late that morning and were not at the Windows when the attack took place. All the three Silversteins survived.PASinger Patti Austin had a flight on United Flight 93 on Sept. 11 from Boston to San Francisco. However, she changed the flight to a day earlier because her mother was ill. And she couldn't perform on the second night of the Michael Jackson Tribute Concert in New York City.
