Lumia 1330 GFXBench listing confirms 14MP rear camera, 5MP Selfie camera, 5.7in screen and other specs

The successor to Lumia 1320, widely known as the Lumia 1330 with model number RM-1062, has been spotted at the GFXBench site.
NokiaPowerUser has shared a screenshot for the 3D graphics performance of Nokia RM-1062 from the benchmarking site. The listing at the site confirms most of the specs, which surfaced in previous leaks.

There is mention of a back camera with maximum image resolution at 4176 x 3120 pixels, which is equal to 13 megapixel. This means the Lumia 1330 will pack a 14 megapixel camera sensor at the back, which is said to be the PureView camera.
Additionally, the database shows a five megapixel front facing Selfie camera. The display details claim the use of a 5.7in screen with resolution 1280 x 720 pixels. Apart from these, there is a Snapdragon 400 quad-core central processing unit and an Adreno 305 graphics unit.
The GFXBench listing shows 0.38GB RAM, which is the available free RAM but the smartphone will have a whole GB RAM. Lastly, the Windows Phone operating system is expected to be Windows Phone 8.1 Update 2 and 32GB in-built storage.
The Lumia 1330 is likely to make its international debut at the Mobile World Congress event, scheduled from 2-5 March 2015 in Barcelona.
