Macaulay Culkin was looking lean and underweight on Wednesday when he was photographed in New York City, raising concerns about his health among the actor's fans.

The anorexic look of the "Home Alone," actor published in "Entertainment Today," was enough to make social networking sites speculate about the actor's health.

Several websites and blogs reproduced the photo indicating that the actor might be suffering from some serious health problems.

However, a representative of Culkin has ruled out any health concern for the actor.

"Macaulay Culkin is in perfectly good health," Entertainment today quoted a representative of Culkin as saying.

Macaulay Culkin has played the eight-year-old Kevin McCallister in the hugely popular "Home Alone," series.

The 31-year-old's forthcoming movie is said to be a military action flick, "Service Man," scheduled to be for a 2013 release.
