Manchester United take on Aston Villa in the weekend Premier League clash at Old Trafford on Saturday (4 April).

Where to Watch

Kick-off is at 3pm BST. Radio commentary of the game will be available on BBC Radio 5 Live. Catch the highlights of the game on Match of the Day on BBC One and BBC One HD at 10:30pm BST.

Overview

United are enjoying a great run in the league after their two consecutive victories over Tottenham Hotspur (3-0) at Old Trafford, followed by a 2-1 win over Liverpool at Anfield before the international break.

Louis van Gaal will be hoping that his side can continue their impressive run when they take on Villa at home. The Dutchman will be without the services of his compatriot Robin van Persie, who is still out for the clash. A victory on Saturday will be very crucial for United as they look to finish the season in top four.

Villa come into the fixture with a narrow 1-0 defeat at the hands of Swansea City at Villa Park. Their new manager Tim Sherwood has a huge task on his hands, especially with several players still recovering from injuries.

The last time the two teams met each other ended in a 1-1 draw, despite Villa being down to ten men for the most part of the second half. In this calendar year, Villa have managed only one win in the away fixtures.

What Managers Say

Louis van Gaal: "I said, 'you have to do this, or do this differently' and he [Fellaini] was open and wanted to perform that. He's had an unlucky season because he was injured and ill a lot of times, but when he's been fit he's always played for me, more or less. I was looking for balance in the team and he can bring that."

Tim Sherwood: "It is a massive week. We hope we can get a few bodies back on the pitch to give us a bit more impetus. United is the only game I'm focusing on. We need to get something out of that game. It's a wonderful place to go and play. There are a few in our dressing room who have gone there and won and the boys are confident we can do it again."
