Manchester United will take on AFC Bournemouth in the final match of the 2015/16 Premier League campaign at Old Trafford on 17 May.

Where to watch live

Kick-off is at 8pm BST. Live coverage of the match is available on Sky Sports 1 and Sky Sports 1 HD.

Overview

The clash between United and Bournemouth was initially scheduled to be played on 15 May. However, a bomb scare at Old Trafford forced the match to be called off and it was postponed until Tuesday. It will be last fixture of the league, but United face Crystal Palace in the FA Cup final on 21 May.

Louis van Gaal will be unhappy after the league match was rescheduled as it will hamper his side's preparation for the FA Cup final. The number of days for the preparation will be cut short as they play Bournemouth during the midweek.

United can still mathematically finish in the top four, if they manage to beat Bournemouth with a goal difference of 19. With the Red Devils only scoring 46 goals in 37 matches, it looks like an impossible task for the hosts to beat Manchester City for the fourth spot.
