Take That's Mark Owen and his wife Emma Ferguson have become the latest celebrity parents to give their child an unusual name after they confirmed their daughter will be called Fox India.

The couple, who welcomed their new baby into the world on 24 June, shared the news with fans on Take That's Twitter page.

"Mark, Emma, Elwood and Willow are delighted to announce the arrival to the clan of their beautiful new baby girl Fox India Owen," they said.

"They would like to thank all their friends and family for all the wonderful messages xxx."

Fox India Owen weighed in at 7lb 1oz.

The proud parents already have son Elwood Jack, six, and daughter named Willow Rose, four.

Owen follows in the footsteps of Beyoncé and Jay Z, and Kourtney Kardashian, who decided against traditional names for their children.

The R'n'B power couple named their six-month-old daughter Blue Ivy, while reality star Kardashian opted for Penelope Scotland for her daughter.
