Mayim Bialik has shared an adorable photo of Sheldon Cooper (Jim Parsons) and her character Amy Farrah Fowler from The Big Bang Theory season 10 sets, wherein the genius is seen sulking as his girlfriend looks on.

Alongside the image, the 41-year-old actress wrote, "Cheers to tonight's episode of @BigBangTheory_Cbs where Sheldon tries to challenge his brain in new ways which leads to a lot of hilarity...and some well-earned pouting!"

The image is from the upcoming episode of The Big Bang Theory season 10, which will air on Thursday (27 April). The episode is titled, The Cognition Regeneration and Sheldon will be seen struggling to accept the fact that he's not as young as he used to be as he realise calls it "superageing".

After losing an online gaming battle to a bunch of children, Sheldon vows to work on his cognitive vitality and begins to do things that are outside his comfort zone. The first task he undertakes is making a homemade batch of croissants, which he excels at, thanks to some help from Rajesh. "Physicist, baker, lover, what can't I do?" he points out.

Upon Amy's suggestion, he decides to challenge his motor skills and decides to learn how to juggle. Unfortunately, he hurts himself and moves onto unicycling but winds up calling all cycles "dumb". Amy points out that whenever things get difficult, he quits. Sheldon pouts and leaves the room for being called a quitter.

Later, Amy consoles Sheldon, who is worried that he is running out of time for a Nobel Prize discovery. "Let's say you spend your life doing solid scientific work and surround yourself with friends and loved ones who appreciate you, not for what you have accomplished, but for who you are as a man. Wouldn't that be a life well lived?" Amy asks. Sheldon replies, "You are so cute, I am gonna learn how to walk on stilts," and leaves.

Meanwhile, Leonard and Penny had some issues of their own in the episode after Penny's ex- Zack shows up and offers Penny a job. But it initially makes Leonard extremely jealous, before he realises his folly. He asks his wife to take up the offer, but Zack rescinds his job's offer as he points out that his fiancée doesn't want him working with an ex-girlfriend.
