Meghan Markle and Prince Harry will attend the wedding of the former's best friend, Misha Nonoo, three days before their official Africa tour.
The Duchess of Sussex's best friend Misha Nonoo is getting married this weekend and the royal couple are expected to attend her luxury Rome wedding. Nonoo, who is a renowned designer from Bahrain is marrying an oil tycoon, Michael Hess in Rome. The wedding is predicted to be nothing less than surreal. Here are all the details.
According to the Hello, apart from her British royal guests -- Meghan and Prince Harry, there are several A-listers on the guest list. Some of the names include Queen Rania of Jordan, Ivanka Trump and her husband, Jared Kushner, Ellie Golding, and her husband Caspar Jopling. This apart, model Karlie Kloss and her husband Joshua Kushner, singer Katy Perry and fiance Orlando Bloom.
With so many high-profile guests attending the lavish wedding, Nonoo and her husband have reportedly made strong security arrangements for their guests.
Meanwhile, the grand wedding celebrations will last days for the guests. One of the many events include a party at Cinecittà, a legendary film studio known for iconic directors Rossellini, Fellini, De Sica, and Visconti productions.
Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie will be attending the wedding, too, according to Page Six. Meanwhile, Meghan and Harry will be in attendance for the nuptials taking place on Friday. "There is no way that Meghan wouldn't be at Misha's wedding — no way at all," a source told the website.
Nonoo and the 38-year-old royal's friendship has significant importance in their lives. Nonoo attended the royal wedding of Harry and Meghan in 2018. She was also present at Meghan's baby shower. Their friendship goes back a long way.
It is reported that Nonoo and Hess introduced the royal couple in 2017. The designer and her oil tycoon beau were dating back then, and got engaged just a few days before the former actress's NYC baby shower, in February 2019.
The wedding is scheduled just three days before the royal couple tour to South Africa. This would be their first royal tour with baby Archie Harrison. Harry and Meghan's tour will start on Monday and will last 10 days.
The royal couple on their official tour will meet Archbishop Desmond Tutu and Graca Machel, the widow of late former President Nelson Mandela. Meanwhile, the mother-of-one will interact with female entrepreneurs and continue to work towards the cause of women empowerment.
