PornHub star Mia Khalifa 'breaks the internet' amid death threats and outrage; gets own song
Looks like PornHub's Mia Khalifa is the first celebrity of 2015 to break the Internet. The 21-year-old controversial porn star recently came into the limelight after she was crowned the Queen of popular porn website - PornHub.
Khalifa has received death threats and has sparked outrage in the Middle East for wearing hijabs in her sex videos and having Lebanese-influenced tattoos. However, that has only added to her popularity with the porn star getting her own song by Timeflies (below).
Timeflies band members Rez and Cal wrote a song for Khalifa, titled "Mia Khalifa," after the Lebanese porn star took the Internet by storm on Tuesday, reports BroBible.com.
The song has got over a 140,000 plays on SoundCloud and over 50,000 views on YouTube since it was published a couple of hours back.
Khalifa seems to be a fan of the song, having shared it on her Twitter page, while PornHub also shared it on Twitter and happily pointing out that Khalifa has her own tune.
Regarding the backlash she's receiving, many Twitter users have come forward in support of the porn star. Here one such post that might raise a few eyebrows:
Everyone's mad about Mia Khalifa but the founder of Brazzers is an Arab man, I don't see anyone talking about that?

It's interesting to note that Ouissam Youssef is the co-founder of one of the most popular porn websites - Brazzers.
Born in Lebanon, Khalifa moved to the US when she was 10. "I was born and raised there, I'm entitled to an opinion on the politics just like everyone else," she once said about Lebanon, according to The Lebanese Examiner.
