Miley Cyrus gushes over Liam Hemsworth in makeup-free selfie amid pregnancy rumours

Miley Cyrus is continuing to celebrate her 25<sup>th birthday with gushing posts about beau Liam Hemsworth.

The Malibu hitmaker shared a makeup-free snap to her 73.1 million Instagram followers, wearing a second present from her rumoured husband Mr Hemsworth – a pair of pretty rainbow hoop earrings.

Cyrus expressed her excitement over Hemsworth's plans for her birthday, and he doesn't appear to have held back.

Winking in the shot while holding her arm up to showcase her tattoos, Cyrus captioned it: "Lili turnt the birthday party ! Blingin rainbow hoops ! He says there's more comin! Hehe! ".

Fans wished her a happy birthday in their droves, with one person commenting: "Haaaaappppyyyyyy birthdaaaaaaaaay! I hope you have the most amazing day of vegan food and glitter surrounded by those you love and that wolf pack of yours ".

While another put: "Happy birthday❤❤ queen turns 25".

Just yesterday, Cyrus gushed about Hemsworth's first present to her, a rainbow necklace featuring the word "Lilli" – which is her nickname for him.

Sharing a close-up shot of the jewellery, Cyrus said: "My mannnnnn's already winnin & it ain't even my bday yet! Rainbow LiLi is soooo frigggggen cute!"

Another picture showed Cyrus wearing a baggy grey T-shirt which showed off a small stomach bump, which was presumably the result of a large Thanksgiving/birthday dinner.

Despite telling fans: "So close to b-day time! Stoked for a day full of Tofurkey & loved ones! Ain't it ironic? #VeganTurkeyBaby", many still speculated if she was pregnant.

One fan said: "she is pregnant?" as another put: "Pregnant?#happybirthdaymiley❤❤".

A third added: "Looking all pregnant".

A Cyrus-Hemsworth baby wouldn't be a total surprise to fans, as the couple first began dating in 2009 and have been engaged twice. They lived together in LA before ending their engagement in September 2013. After a three-year break, Cyrus confirmed in an interview on The Ellen DeGeneres Show in October 2016 that they were, one again, betrothed.
