Orlando Bloom and Miranda Kerr Split After Six Years Together

Hollywood actor Orlando Bloom and former Victoria's Secret angel Miranda Kerr have split after three years of marriage. They have a two-year-old son together.

"In a joint statement, Orlando Bloom and Miranda Kerr have announced that they have been amicably separated for the past few months. After six years together, they have recently decided to formalise their separation. Despite this being the end of their marriage, they love, support and respect each other as both parents of their son and as family," a representative for Bloom stated to E! News.

The couple had been together for six years from 2007. Kerr gave birth to their son Flynn in January 2011. They were last pictured together at the opening night of Bloom's Broadway production of Romeo and Juliet on 19 September.

"When I saw Orlando on Broadway in Romeo and Juliet, I was blown away. For someone to be able to learn all that and hold the energy to do it every day, six days a week - I have so much respect for him. We don't run lines though. We keep that very separate. That would be like me asking him to teach me how to catwalk," Kerr gushed about Bloom back then.

A few weeks back, Bloom had put his Hollywood Hills home up for sale for $4.5m and back then the rumours were doing the rounds that their marriage was on the rocks. He had bought the property in 2007 for $2.75m. Bloom and Kerr moved into the house together.
