MTV EMA 2015: When and where to watch the show live stream online
The 22nd MTV European Music Awards 2015 will be held on Sunday (24 October) at 9pm EST and the show will be hosted by Ed Sheeran, and model and actress Ruby Rose. For the first time in the music awards history, MTV is offering a virtual 360-degree live streaming experience to its fans via Android and iOS app.
To watch the live show from any corner of the world, fans will have to download the EMA app on their Android and iOS operating systems and enjoy the star-studded red carpet event followed by the main event live steam online from Milan's Mediolanum Forum.
Apart from hosting the show, the Thinking Out Loud hit maker will also perform in the popular music event. "I think for me as a host, I'm going to try and do my job and introduce people but I think I'm allowed to kind of say what I want - not necessarily in the sense of me being rude or anything, but I don't have to follow a rigid script," Sheeran told Yahoo about how he plans to host the show.
American pop singer Justin Bieber will also perform at the EMAs along with Pharrell Williams, Andrea Bocelli, Ellie Goulding, James Bay, Jason Derulo and Jess Glynne.
Taylor Swift leads this year's Europe Music Awards with an impressive nine nominations. However, she faces tough competition from Nicki Minaj and Rihanna for the best female singer category. Click here to see the full nominees list.
The Red Carpet event will start at 8pm EST followed by the main event which will begin at 9pm. The show will be live on MTV UK. You can also follow the award ceremony's Facebook and Twitter page to get the latest update about celebrity fashion, performances and winners.
