MTV's Charlotte Crosby admits she regrets quitting Geordie Shore over Gaz Beadle

It certainly hasn't been Geordie Shore favourite Charlotte Crosby's year and it looks like the 26-year-old star is regretting leaving the MTV show. At the beginning of June, Crosby revealed to Heat magazine that she experienced an ectopic pregnancy while her co-star/boyfriend at the time Gary 'Gaz' Beadle, was away filming Ex on the Beach.

The MTV playboy then slept with lingerie model Jemma Lucy while he was filming. Once he returned, Gaz decided to tell the world how he really felt about the whole situation by writing a statement for the Daily Star, published on 1 June. After the statement had been released, both Gaz and Crosby argued on twitter (the posts are now deleted) where, Crosby then announced to her followers that she was leaving the Geordie Shore for good.

In his statement, Gaz claimed Crosby was OK with him sleeping with other women and that if the former Geordie Shore star was open to admitting they were back together, the pair would not have ended as badly as they did.

The 28-year-old also claimed that he wanted the ectopic pregnancy to be private.

"Only a handful of my closest friends knew," wrote Gaz. "At the end of the day, I was going to be a dad. We were going to be parents, then this happened. It's bloody awful. I am devastated for the both of us.

"That is why, when I woke up yesterday to see it everywhere, I was shocked. Rightly or wrongly, for me some things need to remain private. That may sound weird for someone who's had sex on TV, but that's the way it is."

On Sunday morning, Crosby posted an emotional tweet saying that she was going to miss the show. The Celebrity Big Brother 13 Winner tweeted:

Crosby and Beadle were the MTV fans' favourite Geordie Shore couple and everybody rooted the pair to be together, it's such a shame it ended the way it did!
