Music Minute: Adele to headline Glastonbury, Zayn Malik drops debut album and Iggy Azalea comeback
In this week's Music Minute: Adele to headline Glastonbury, Zayn Malik's debut album released and Iggy Azalea's new single.
Adele heading to Glasto
It's been announced that Adele is headlining this year's Glastonbury music festival. Announcing the news during one of her latest tour shows in London, the singer revealed she will be gracing the iconic Pyramid Stage on 25 June.
Glastonbury organiser Emily Eavis said it was a "great honour" to have Adele headline, while the singer told any critics who say she's too boring for Glasto to stop moaning. Adele will join Coldplay and Muse, who were previously announced.
Zayn Malik's first solo album released
One year after leaving One Direction, Zayn Malik will release his debut solo album Mind Of Mine on Friday. The album will feature the chart-topping lead single Pillow Talk and other songs Like I Would, It's You and BeFour. From what we've heard so far, it sounds like Mind Of Mine will be a chart hit.
Single of the week
Zayn isn't the only one releasing new music with Iggy Azalea returning to the scene with her new single Team and she's sounding better than ever. The song will feature on Iggy's forthcoming second album Digital Distortion which is expected for release this summer.
