Nadia Khan murder: Man charged over stabbing of pregnant woman in Bradford
A man has been charged with murder following the discovery of a pregnant woman's body at a house in Bradford.
Tariq Khan, aged 26, from Bradford, has also been charged with child destruction following the discovery of 24-year-old Nadia Khan at a house in Manningham on 14 June.
Nadia was found at the address with stab wounds and was reported to be around six months pregnant when she was killed.
The suspect has been remanded in custody and is due to appear at Bradford Magistrate's Court on 17 June to face the charges.
Det chief insp Jim Dunkerley, from the West Yorkshire Police's Homicide and Major Enquiry Team, said: "This was a very serious incident and will understandably cause a considerable amount of distress and upset amongst the local community.
"I do not believe there is any wider danger to members of the public."
