New Fast And Furious 8 video shows Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson survive explosions
The movie is scheduled to release in April 2017.
Dwayne Johnson is one actor who knows how powerful social media can get to connect with fans. The former WWE wrestler has been using various platforms to keep in touch with his followers by sharing photos and videos from his upcoming movies.
The 44-year-old actor has been sharing a lot of behind-the-scenes action from Fast And Furious 8, wherein he plays the role of agent Hobbs. Now, the actor well-known as The Rock has shared two new videos from the sets of his upcoming film.
In one of the videos Johnson shows fans the proper technique of throwing one's self away from an explosion without breaking a single bone. "A lil' kiss kiss bang bang. #OnSet #Fast8 #PlayinWithFire #IcemanCometh," the actor captioned the video.
The second clip shows Johnson talking about the scene he is filming. "4am, we're all exhausted and I've been trapped in some wreckage for hours.. but I can always rely on our hard workin' crew to deliver the zingers.. #MONEY #ThatsWhyWeLuvCliff #OnSet #Fast8 #HardWorkinCrew #AndTheFaceOfHollywood," the actor wrote alongside the video.
Previously, he had shared a video on Instagram and teased a rivalry between his character Hobbs and Vin Diesel's Dom Toretto. The video teases a prison break and an impending face-off between the two characters. "He preaches love, he preaches family and he preaches heart," Hobbs says in the video.
"I know you guys can see it... I have so much damn FUN playin' the character of HOBBS. A man who lives by a code of ethics, but who will also rip your throat out and give it back to you just so you can apologize for p***in' him off," the Baywatch actor said.
The makers of movie have been closely guarding the movie's plot and most probably will continue to do so until its release in April 2017.
The cast of the movie includes Vin Diesel, Michelle Rodriguez, Jordana Brewster, Charlize Theron, Helen Mirren, Eva Mendes and Scott Eastwood among others.
