Nigerian woman files for divorce with Shariah court as her husband's 'penis is too big' to bear

"We had sex but the experience was a nightmare. Instead of enjoying the sex, it turned out to be something else because his penis was too big," a Nigerian woman has told a Shariah court seeking divorce.

Aisha Dannupawa, the Nigerian wife has sought for a separation from her husband in an Islamic Shariah court complaining that his penis was too big for her to handle, following a week-long marriage.

Dannupawa has three children from her estranged first husband. The case has stirred a subtle laughter at the Shariah court in Gusau, Zamfara State when the woman voiced her reason for seeking divorce.

Incidentally, the husband has not argued his wife was wrong. Agreeing for the divorce, the husband however sought for the return of the dowry money which was given to Dannupawa during their wedding.

Dannupawa told the court, according to the Nigerian daily Tribune, "I told my mother the experience but she told me to endure and that with time, I will be able to cope. She then gave me some drugs."

"Two days later when he came to visit me, we had sex again, but the experience was too much to bear. It was then I knew that I could not continue with the marriage because of the size of his penis."

The court has asked the couple to reconsider the decision before pronouncing the verdict.
