Where to watch live
Match starts at 1.30am BST (on Wednesday). Live coverage of the game is available on Sky Sports 1 and Sky Sports 1 HD. Live scores and real-time internet updates are available on the US Open's official website.
Overview
Djokovic is in fine form in the ongoing tournament as the world number one moved into the quarter-finals. He, however, had to overcome a stiff challenge from Roberto Bautista Agut, but eventually won the game in four sets.
The Serbian showed frustration on court after dropping a set with his rackets getting the brunt of his anger. But despite the mid-game anger, he went on to comfortably close out the match.
Djokovic is looking to win his third Grand Slam of the year after triumphing at the Australian Open and the Wimbledon earlier in the year, and with Murray and Nadal having fallen, it looks like Roger Federer will be his biggest threat going ahead in the tournament.
Meanwhile, Feliciano Lopez comes into the match after beating Rafael Nadal's conqueror Fabio Fognini in straight sets. He will be hoping to get his first win over the Serbian world number one, with their last meeting coming in 2012.
The Spaniard has not had a great year, making just one semi-final thus far. His only highlight of the season came in the previous tournament at Cincinnati, when he beat Rafael Nadal in the R16.
