Where to Watch Live
The match starts at 2pm BST. Live coverage of the game is available on BBC One and BBC Two. Real-time internet updates are available on Wimbledon's official website.
Overview
The clash between Djokovic and Federer is virtually a replay of the 2014 Wimbledon final, which was won by the Serbian. The World No 1 will be looking to beat his opponent in order to retain the trophy.
Djokovic came close to winning the 2015 Roland Garros, only to lose the final to Stan Wawrinka. He will be hoping to put the French Open disappointment behind him and win the ninth Grand Slam of his career.
Federer, on the other hand, is one win away from lifting the Wimbledon title for a record eighth time. The Swiss tennis ace has won 16 Grand Slams in his career and currently holds the record for the most number of Grand Slams.
A victory over Djokovic on Sunday at the Centre Court will only see him extend his lead at the top. A success in the 2012 Wimbledon final was his last Grand Slam and he will be looking forward to ending the long wait.
