Olympic star Jessica Ennis-Hill can now add proud mother to her list of achievements, after giving birth to her first child.
The Heptathlon champion and her husband Andy Hill have welcomed a 'beautiful baby boy' by the name of Reggie Ennis-Hill.
Taking to Twitter to announce her baby news, the 28-year-old athlete said the couple couldn't be happier.
She also shared an adorable snap of the new-born, lying on a changing mat, wearing a striped top with a lion on the front.
The sportswoman was quickly inundated with congratulatory messages from fans and fellow celebs.
Athlete Jodie Williams said: "@J_Ennis congratulations!! Xx."
Ennis-Hill revealed she was expecting back in January, while also admitting her plans for 2014 had been "completely turned upside down".
"I have some very unexpected but exciting news to share – Andy and I are expecting a baby," she said at the time.
"We are completely overwhelmed, with excitement and a degree of anxiety that I am sure all first time parents will relate to.
"But having had a couple of weeks to think about things from a career point of view I am 100 per cent set on returning to full-time athletics once our baby is born."
She is expected to athletics and aims for a medal in the 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro.
