Oscars 2013: Stunning Celebrity Jewellery and Accessories on the Red Carpet [PHOTOS]

Hollywood shows off their best fashion at the Oscar awards red carpet ranging from gowns, suits, clutches and jewellery and this year too wasn't an exception.

Jennifer Aniston, who was back at the Oscars after a four years gap, impressed all in a red Valentino ball gown from the designer's Spring 2013 Couture runway and combined it with a Salvatore Ferragamo clutch and Fred Leighton jewels.

Jennifer Garner wore a custom Gucci gown and matched it with Neil Lane jewelry and a Roger Vivier clutch. Anne Hathaway, who won Oscars for the Best Supporting Actress for her role in the film Les Miserables, chose a gown from Prada with a daring low back. She sported the back jewelry trend and showed off her floral necklace from Tiffany & Co and completed the look with a pink Roger Vivier clutch.

Kerry Washington was seen in a strapless coral-hued Miu Miu dress with a matching coral satin clutch from Prada and a light-catching diamond cocktail ring from Fred Leighton and Chopard earrings.

Jessica Chastain wore a nude Armani Privé custom gown with a sweetheart neckline which she matched with Harry Winston diamond earrings and bracelet.

Canadian composer Mychael Danna, who won his first Academy Award for the original score for Life of Pi, had previously showed off a Pi shaped cufflink on the red carpet.

"I share this wondrous award with our visionary captain, Mr. Ang Lee, who guided a global cast and crew in the telling of this wonderful story," Danna said after receiving the award.
