According to a reports, Jamie will discover Claire's time travel secret in episode 11, titled, The Devil's mark.
And the official synopsis says: "Claire and Geillis stand trial for witchcraft; Claire learns a secret about Geillis' past."
TV Guide reported that the time traveller will fight for her life yet again when she and Geillis (Lotte Verbeek) are accused of and tried for being witches.
Although, she survives the ordeal, she will have to answer a lot of questions from Jamie (Sam Heughan), particularly queries about why she and Geillis share a similar scar.
With no-other choice left for Claire, she eventually explains her time travelling secret to her husband.
"He always knew she had a secret," Heughan told TVGuide.com, talking about the pivotal scene.
"So, when she finally reveals [she's from the future], he says he believes her; he trusts her word. Whether or not he can get his head around the enormity of what that actually means, that takes a long time. But ultimately they have this bond and he trusts her and she trusts him and that's an amazing thing."
The show follows the story of Claire Randall, a married combat nurse from 1945 who is mysteriously swept back in time to 1743, where she is thrown into an unknown world where her life is threatened.
In the first half of the series, she was forced to marry Jamie Fraser, a chivalrous and romantic young Scottish warrior. This ignites a passionate relationship that leaves Claire's heart torn between two vastly different men in two different eras, Jamie and Frank.
