Pedro 'reconsiders Barcelona exit' amid Liverpool and Manchester City interest
Barcelona star Pedro Rodriguez is considering a summer move away from the Camp Nou, with Liverpool, Manchester City, Inter Milan and Paris Saint-Germain all interested in securing his services, according to Mundo Deportivo.
The winger suggested a number of times during the season that he was ready to leave the Champions League winners after struggling to secure regular match time following the arrival of Luis Suarez from Liverpool.
Pedro only started 15 La Liga games in the whole campaign, scoring six goals and providing six assists.
Having expressed his frustration with the situation a number of times during the season, Spanish newspaper AS reported he was ready to leave the club amid offers from the Premier League, including Chelsea, Manchester United and Arsenal.
Barcelona were also ready to part ways with him for a cut-price deal with his contract at the club set to expire in summer 2016
But earlier this month there was a surprising turnaround in the situation when the 27-year-old forward decided instead to commit his future to Barcelona by signing a new long-term contract until 2019, with a €150m (£106m) release clause.
The agreement looked to have put an end to the speculations over a summer move but Mundo Deportivo has now reported he is again considering leaving the side.
The Catalan-based publication says the winger wants to play in Euro 2016 and is aware that with Neymar, Lionel Messi and Suarez in Barcelona's ranks he will not have many opportunities to prove Vicente Del Bosque he deserves a starting role with Spain.
