Pretty Little Liars season 6: Marlene King says Big Bad is related to one of the liars
New details about Pretty Little Liars season 6 B are emerging as the show is just a month away from its premiere. After the Big A reveal in the midseason finale, fans were curious about the next villain with the show creator Marlene King earlier saying that the latest antagonist was much more dangerous that CeCe Drake aka Charlotte.
She has divulged further information about the villain in a recent interview with TV Line and revealed that the Big Bad is related to one of the liars. "By the end of [Season] 6B, you will pretty much know who or who's related to this big bad," King teased.
The cast and crew have already said that the second half of PLL season 6 will not drag any important revelation and the villain is in Rosewood to kill and not play mind games like A.
Season 6 B will take a five-year jump forward and show the liars settled in different cities adopting different professions. Alison will be the only one at Rosewood and will write to her friends to return to the town in order to testify in favour of her sister Charlotte.
As shown in the trailer, upon reading her letters, the girls, Emily, Aria, Hanna and Spencer return and this will be the beginning of another terrifying cat-and-mouse game. The Big Bad will start unleashing his/her terror by sending messages to the girls.
"This Big Bad has an agenda, and it's to find out why this person passes away — and to seek revenge on the person responsible. And it will not stop until that person pays, and [the Big Bad] will kill people to get that answer," King told MTV.
And if he/she is a relative of one of the girls, then the series will turn more exciting as this time the girls are all adults and King gets a lot of scope to feature some real terror that would hook fans to the edge of their seats.
Pretty Little Liars season 6 B will return on 12 January on ABC Family that is changing its brand name to Freeform in the same month.
