In the previous episode, Ali tells Emily about Dr Rollin's cruel intentions. Now, in episode 3, Emily and the other liars, Aria, Hanna and Spencer will try to help Ali escape from the institution. While the plan seems difficult, a promo released by Freeform reveals that Ali will be able to achieve it by hook or by crook.
But CeCe's former lover is not an easy man to defeat as he races to grab the former queen who is running for her life. Her fate will be revealed in the upcoming episode titled The Talented Mr Rollins.
Here is the official synopsis for episode 3:
Still reeling from the trauma of Hanna's abduction and dark fate, the Liars must shift their focus to another one of their own. In order to protect Alison from Uber A's threats, the PLLs snap into action at a chance to rescue her from the hospital. However, in doing so, they make a deadly mistake that changes everything.
Meanwhile, the show's creator Marlene King has teased "more twists and turns and a lot of big reveals" in the ongoing season of PLL. "This is not a season of questions for us, this is the season of big reveals and answers and solutions" she told Hollywire.
King has previously teased that the liars will commit the biggest mistake of their lives in episode 3. It will be interesting to see whose grave they were digging in the premiere episode. Let's hope they have not killed Ali in a bid to save her from her tormentors.
