Professor Green to Open Ink Nightclub with Celebrity Mixologist Gerry Calabrese
Professor Green is set to open 'an East End club in the heart of the West End' with mixologist and bar impresario Gerry Calabrese.
The 29-year-old British rapper has teamed up with Hoxton Pony owner Calabrese and his brother Jon to launch the glamorous INK club in Leicester square, which will be open from 6pm to 3am seven days a week.
The fifth floor venue will offer a blend of urban and rock 'n' roll music partygoers will also be able to get good food and drink all under one roof.
INK located at number one Leicester Square takes its name from the pair's passion for tattoos, music and cocktails.
Artwork from cult tattoo artists such as Nikole Lowe (London Ink, I Love Good Times) and Ibiza's Neil Ahern (Inkadelic)will be displayed on the walls alongside graffiti murals and neon sculptures.
According to the trio INK 'encapsulates the attitude of the East End tattoo parlours that the boys so often frequent'.
INK's cocktails are created from Calabrese's signature fresh, locally sourced ingredients in their homemade syrups while food comes in the shape of sharing platters and music will be a heady mix of rock and roll and urban.
Professor Green, whose real name is Stephen Manderson has released three albums which has spawned eight hit singles including Read All About It, to Just Be Good To Green and Monster.
INK opens on 5 Septenber.
