Real Housewives Of New Jersey's Teresa Giudice does not consider herself a 'criminal'
Giudice served an 11-month sentence for tax fraud at the Danbury Federal Correctional Institution in 2015.
Teresa Giudice is not a fan of the word "criminal" and she would not call herself one. The Real Housewives Of New Jersey actress, who served an 11-month sentence for tax fraud at the Danbury Federal Correctional Institution in 2015, revealed that she does not like "that word" when she appeared on Bravo's talk show Watch What Happens Live.
Giudice told host Andy Cohen [via Us Weekly], "I just don't like – I don't consider myself that ...I don't even want to say that word." The reality TV actress referred to the term criminal as "the c-word" during a phone call with husband Joe during this Sunday's (2 October) episode of RHONJ season 7.
Joe is currently serving a 41-month prison sentence for fraud at New Jersey's Fort Dix Federal Correctional Institution. The 44-year-old star revealed that her husband was watching the show while in prison. "He never watched it at home and now he's watching it there," she said.
In the last episode of RHONJ, Jacqueline Laurita called Teresa a "criminal" while the ladies were having dinner in Vermont. The Turning The Tables author spoke to The Daily Dish about Jacqueline and admitted that she is a stranger to her. Teresa said, "She's just not the Jacqueline that I know. The Jacqueline I know didn't act that way. I heard of her acting that way, I've never seen that side of her. And now I did and she looks like a stranger to me. It's not somebody that I want to be around. I really don't."
"I have a lot going on and I want to stay away from negative people that don't want good for me. Why would I want to be around someone like that?" The Real Housewives of New Jersey season 7 airs on Sunday at 8pm EST on Bravo.
