Real Madrid vs Atletico Madrid, Uefa Champions League 2014-15 quarter final: Where to watch live, preview, betting odds and possible XI
Atletico Madrid will travel to the Santiago Bernabeu to take on Real Madrid in the second leg of the Champions League quarter final clash on 22 April.
Where to watch live
Kick-off is at 7.45pm BST. Live coverage of the match will be available on Sky Sports 5 and Sky Sports 5 HD. Live commentary is also available on BBC Radio 5 Live.
Overview
After a goalless first leg at the Vicente Calderon, both teams will be keen to finish the game in normal time, rather than go into a penalty shoot-out.
Real Madrid come into this game on the back of a 3-1 win over Malaga, and will be high on confidence, but Carlo Ancelotti has trouble on the injury front, as he is missing key players Luka Modric, Gareth Bale and Karim Benzema, who are all injured and ruled out for the clash.
The Italian will hope that the reigning European champions can cope with the injuries and make it to the last four of the competition for the second year in a row.
Meanwhile, Diego Simeone's men come to the Santiago Bernabeu on the back of a win over Deportivo in La Liga, and they will also be confident of taking the result away from home, having already beaten Real at the same venue in the league earlier in the season.
Mario Mandzukic is a doubt for the clash, while Mario Suarez is suspended, but apart from that the manager has a fully fit squad to choose from.
Like their opponents, Atletico are also looking to make the last four of the competition for the second time in succession.
What managers say
Carlo Ancelotti: "We have to live with the injuries – we have done so in the past. We are without some important players but we couldn't be any more motivated. Atlético are very strong, one of the best teams in the world in defence, so we have to do what we did in the first half at their stadium. [This time] we want to play well from the first minute until the last."
Diego Simeone: "We want to savour and enjoy more nights like these because they don't come around often. There is no pressure on these teams, but there is responsibility. I'm thinking about how we can hurt Real Madrid, not about Luka Modrić's injury. We are focused only on ourselves."
