Rob Ford auctions tie from time of his crack pipe scandal
Former Toronto Mayor Rob Ford is auctioning a neck tie worn by him at the nadir of his crack cocaine shame.
The distinctive garment - described by Ford as one of a kind - is emblazoned with the badges of NFL teams.
Ford wore the tie when he confessed to smoking the illegal drug crack cocaine in November 2013, after previously denying it.
Also put up for auction on eBay by Ford is a poster with the "Keep calm and carry on" slogan and a large ice hockey jersey.
Ford is currently undergoing treatment for cancer and the proceeds shall be donated to research for treating liposarcoma and caring for patients.
