Robert Pattinson 'Jealous' of Benedict Cumberbatch's Sex Symbol Status

Twilight star Robert Pattinson is reportedly jealous of Benedict Cumberbatch's sex symbol status.

According to ShowBiz Spy, the 27-year-old actor is upset that the 37-year-old Sherlock star has risen to fame more than him in recent years.

"Rob used to revel in his status as a British sex symbol," an alleged insider told the website. "He used to play it cool by pretending to be blasé about the whole fame thing, but secretly he loved it."

"Rob's annoyed that Benedict is getting all the attention and has become the hottest thing in Hollywood. Rob now realises he took his time in the spotlight for granted!" the source added.

On a personal front, Pattinson is enjoying his single life, after ending relationship with Kristen Stewart, his Twilight co-star and girlfriend of four years, after it was confirmed that she cheated on him with her Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders.

However, since his split from Stewart, he has been linked to a number of ladies including Dylan Penn, model daughter of actors Sean Penn and Robin Wright, Elvis Presley's granddaughter Riley Keough, Fast and Furious actress Michelle Rodriguez, and his co-star in the Dior ad, model Camille Rowe.

Lately, Pattinson was romantically connected to model Imogen Kerr. On 3 May, the two were photographed at The Little Door restaurant in Los Angeles where the couple reportedly enjoyed a romantic evening together.

"It was just the two of them and they sat outside on the patio for a long time," an eyewitness told Hollywood Life. "They had dinner and drinks. They looked like they were having a good time. They left close to 1 a.m."
