Scandal season 4, episode 8 titled The Last Supper promises to be quite an 'explosive' one and will feature an unlikely alliance.

Olivia Pope, President Fitzgerald Grant and ex-B613 agent Jake Ballard will all work together to take down Command once and for all, reports Fashionnstyle.com.

"The only question is if Olivia's lovers can put aside their feelings for her long enough to get the job done?" speculates the report.

According to the official synopsis of The Last Supper; Fitz and Jake continue to fight over Olivia, but Olivia needs them to focus on the real prize, taking down Command.

Meanwhile, Huck longs to connect with his family and Quinn continues to track Kubiak. Back at the White House, Cyrus' exploits finally catch up to him, but Elizabeth North's plan is much bigger than anyone ever expected.
