Scandal Season 4 Winter Finale Spoilers: Will Rowan be Defeated by Olivia, Jake and Fitz?
Scandal season 4 will air the mid season final in the coming week and there are high chances that Maya Pope will return from her infamous hole.
Fans are now aware that mama Pope is actually an international terrorist and married Rowan for his high level contacts with the White House.
And it was her love for her daughter that prompted her to try the assassination attempts on the President.
However, her failed attempts to do so has exposed her real self to her daughter and now she is being blamed for killing the president's son in the Season 3 finale.
It will be interesting to see why she is returning, to save her daughter or to help her husband to take down her daughter.
In the last episode, Jake, Fitz and Olivia got to know the ugly side of Rowan, thanks to the confession of Tom.
And the winter finale of Scandal is expected to focus on Cyrus, who was trapped by Elizabeth North in order to siphon information.
The fall finale titled Where the Sun Don't Shine promises to offer some nerve chilling moment in ABC's hit political drama.
Olivia is determined to catch her father red handed and has formed an unlikely alliance with Fitz and Jake to bring down the Command (Rowan).
The official synopsis of Episode 9 reads:
"Command is always two steps ahead and everyone in Olivia's life is in danger. Meanwhile, Cyrus is forced to face the consequences of his behavior, and Huck and Quinn finally figure out just what Elizabeth North has been planning, but they might be too late to stop it, on the winter finale."
The Shonda Rhimes created series has already delivered some gripping moments in the current season including the steamy sexual interaction between the estranged lovers, Olivia and Fitz which left Jake fuming.
It will be interesting to know where the love triangle will be heading in Scandal Season 4 mid season finale which will air on Thursday 20 November.
